Wine Gift Bag

I have my coasters, and my wine glass charms, now I needed the bottle of wine. So I kreated a wine bag/box to finish of the kreative trio. The box/bag was kreated out of cardstock and DSP and a piece of cardboard, for the base (the one SU sends with the Big Shot Dies). Makeesha from Inkspirations has a step by step picture tutorial for this fun gift bag. Thanks Keesh!! She's an Aussie :) so her measurements are in cm's, so after kreating the box I was on my own with the DSP and altered my dimensions a bit. The cardboard is cut to 4-3/4in x 4-3/4in and then scored at 3/4in all around. Snip the corners to adhere and kreate a box. This is the base of your wine box. The 'box'(Old Olive) is 7-1/8in x 12in and scored at 3-1/4in and 6-1/2in and you need 2 of these and then adhere them together around your base. TIP: You will want to adhere with the tough stuff, STICKY STRIP!!!! (Or any other strong double sided bond) I decorated with Holiday Treasures DSP and Choc Chip Grosgrain Ribbon. Four Pewter Eyelets were placed at the top using my Crop-a-dile and Riding Hood Red Striped Grosgrain threaded through for the handles. The handles are more for the decorative look - I would definitely support your wine bottle at the base and not carry it by the handles!! Season of Cheer Rub-Ons provided the perfect Choc Chip sentiment to finish off the bag. Cute, Cute, Cute!!! Gotta go finish my baking!!!! Any questions, feel free to contact me!

For now, go kreate
Kim

This is fantastic!!

I wish I had seen this earlier, I could have bought Steve some wine and packaged it up like this.

I just don't have the time now. But I will keep this project in my favorites for the future.
