Cold and Cuddly meets Warm and Yummy

I will have to admit, I am having a very hard time stamping fall and winter themed kreations. I am very much a summer girl and I hate that it is quickly coming to an end. But with PPA's Anything But a Card challenge I decided to use this mug template and these new sets, Cold and Cuddly & Serene Snowflakes, both will be available Sept 1 in the new Holiday Mini.
*Cut out the template onto Night of Navy. Used my Wide Oval Punch to kreate my handle.
*Stamped my Serene Snowflakes image in Whisper White Craft Ink and sprinkled with Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder. Set the sparkle with my Heat Tool.
*Inked my polar bear in VersaMark, stamped onto Bashful Blue and covered with White Embossing Powder and heated. TIP: You will need to use either Craft ink or VersaMark when applying embossing powder as these specific inks will allow the powder to stick
Snipped him out with my Paper Snips (scissors)
*Inked my glacier onto Whisper White paper, in Bashful Blue Craft Ink and gave it some sparkle with Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder. Snipped out my ice.
*Little mug was inked in Choc Chip Craft ink and carefully sprinkled some Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder on the steam. Carefully snipped out and was even able to slip part of my bears paw into the handle
*Inked up my hat in Real Red and decided he needed a scarf too. Now this set doesn't have a scarf, but if you look closely, it is another hat that I inked and snipped out twice and finagled until I got my scarf look. I love it :)
*My polar bear, hat and mug were all placed on dimensionals.
*Finally the sentiment and edges were inked in Bashful Blue Craft and again, sparkle with some Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder.
*And a White Taffeta Ribbon completes the project.

I had a hard time photographing this little gem :) Clicking the photo to enlarge may show a bit more detail. Unfortunately you can't see much of the sparkle, it is subtle but a perfect wintery feel. A package of cocoa is the perfect fit to warm your recipients heart :)

I can't believe I didn't comment yet (at least as myself) LOL!

This is such a cute idea. The mug almost looks real. Are you sure it's paper?
